I know this history before I came this page I patel is not just patidaar patel root is kurmi and in india kurmi caste spread all over India and kurmi have very big community in india
Interesting to knowing about history but i woud like to inform you that many of patel family also living outside of gujrat for ex. i'm belong to udaipur city in rajasthan and mainly if i talk about mewar region of rajsthan there are more then 1M Patel patidar dangi surname also be used for the same communiy and they found no linkage to any gujarati patel but in rajasthan madhya pradesh many of the patel community living over their for past 100's of year and thier big difference in language culture and history of these people....
